‘Little Shop of Horrors’ production underway

Posted: 8th January 2016

Today was the first meeting for our upcoming production of 'Little Shop of Horrors'.

There was a tremendous turn out with over 75 students coming along to find out more about what role they can take on for the production.

The performing arts department has gone from strength to strength over the past year ending last year with a successful 'Promise of Christmas' production.

Our 'Little Shop of Horrors' production will see students cast in the main title roles as well as the chorus, puppeteering, prop design, lighting, hair and make up.

Weekly rehearsals will take place on Wednesday after school until 5pm for ALL students involved.

Students will be called for rehearsals on a Monday and Friday for specific scenes, these will be advertised in the Academy and students will be told beforehand.

The production performances will be on Wednesday 20th April and Thursday 21st April in the Cotswold Hall. Tickets will go on sale in March!
