AlumniJulia Obrebska
Julia left All Saints' Academy Sixth Form in 2019 after studying Business, Sociology, and Drama & Theatre Studies. During her time at ASA, she developed both academically and creatively, becoming an active member of the performing arts community and choir.
Following Sixth Form, Julia attended University of Bath, where she completed a BSc (Hons) in Management with Marketing, graduating with a 2:1. Her four-year degree included a placement year working within the marketing industry, giving her valuable hands-on experience alongside her studies.
Reflecting on her university experience, Julia particularly enjoyed modules such as brand management, consumer psychology, and entrepreneurship. Although subjects like accounting, economics, and finance were initially more challenging, the skills she gained from them have proved invaluable in her current career path.
Julia now works in client liaison for SJP Wealth Management, where she handles client enquiries and complaints. Alongside her role, she is currently working towards achieving her diploma in financial planning to support her future career progression.
Looking back on her time at ASA, Julia says the support she received from teachers was instrumental, especially during the often stressful process of applying for higher education.
“The support from my teachers that I experienced was unmatched, especially during the stressful time of applying for further education.”
Julia also fondly remembers being involved in the performing arts community, taking part in many shows and singing as a member of the choir — experiences that made her Sixth Form years especially memorable.
Today, Julia’s journey demonstrates how the skills and confidence developed at ASA can lead to exciting and rewarding career opportunities.
