Cashless payments

From 5th October 2026, the Academy will no longer operate cash loaders, the wall-mounted terminals used to add coins and banknotes to students' accounts in our canteen, as we become a completely cash-free environment.

My Child At School (MCAS) School Meal Payments will continue to be the method by which parents and carers can pay for school meals and snacks, school trips and after-school activities.

As cash will no longer be accepted after 5th October, we strongly encourage parents and carers who have yet to do so to sign up for My Child At School (MCAS) School Meal Payments as soon as possible. This will enable you to continue to pay for your child’s meals and snacks.

At All Saints’ Academy, we use a cashless payment system to make paying for school meals and school trips easy and secure.

How to Make Payments

We use My Child At School (MCAS) School Meal Payments, a trusted online payment system, to make it simple for parents and carers to manage school-related payments. You can make payments anytime, anywhere, using a computer, tablet or smartphone.

When your child joins All Saints’ Academy, you will receive login details and instructions on how to set up your MCAS account. Once registered, you can manage payments through the My Child At School website or app.

For step-by-step guidance and answers to common questions, please visit the My Child At School support page.

Chaplaincy

The Chaplaincy team has hit the ground running; we're already in Week 5, and we’ve got a couple of exciting updates to share with you.
Christian Union (CU) is Back!

Our Christian Union meetings have officially kicked off for the year. We meet every Tuesday after school, 3:15 - 4:15 pm in the Chapel.
CU is a warm, relaxed, and safe space where students from all year groups can come together to ask big questions and explore the Christian faith at their own pace. Whether your child has a firm faith, is curious about life’s big questions, or simply wants a quiet, friendly place to hang out with friends after the school day ends, everyone is welcome. There’s always plenty of room at the table!

School Charity Vote 2026/27 Now Open!
Put your hands together and make your voices heard! We have officially launched our annual School Charity Vote for the 2026/27 academic year. Supporting charity is a core part of our school ethos, giving our young people the chance to put compassion into practice and support vital work locally, nationally, and globally.

This week, students are casting their votes for the organisation they want our school to fundraise for throughout the upcoming year. The three fantastic causes on the ballot are:

  • Children in Need – Supporting disadvantaged children and young people across the UK to help them reach their full potential.

  • Sue Ryder – Providing expert, compassionate palliative care and bereavement support to families in our local communities.

  • British Heart Foundation – Funding life-saving research into heart and circulatory diseases to protect the hearts of those we love.

Encourage your child to check their homework via BromCom this week and have their say in choosing our main charity focus for 2026/27.
As always, if you or your child ever need support, a listening ear, or prayer, the Chaplaincy team is here for you. Have a wonderful and blessed week ahead!

All Saints’ Academy has been a place where I've been able to thrive in my academics and as a person as well. One thing that made me want to attend All Saints’ Sixth Form was the inclusivity and diversity of what makes the school shine.
