Since leaving All Saints’ Academy Sixth Form in 2015, Adam Hampson has built an impressive career in law, progressing to become an Associate Solicitor and Head of Private Client at Tayntons. His journey is a great example of how hard work, self-belief and determination can help turn ambitions into achievements.

Adam joined All Saints’ Academy from Rowanfield Primary School and continued his education at the Academy through secondary school before choosing to stay on for Sixth Form. There, he studied Law, History, Business Studies and English Language, building a strong foundation for his future career.

After leaving the Academy, Adam went on to Cardiff University to complete his Bachelor of Laws degree before continuing his studies at The University of Law, where he achieved a distinction in his LPC MSc in Law and Business Management.

Today, Adam has reached a significant milestone in his career, having been appointed Associate Solicitor and Head of Private Client at Tayntons – an achievement he describes as his biggest since leaving Sixth Form.

Reflecting on his time at All Saints’ Academy, Adam remembers the highlights of Sixth Form life, including prom, results day and, most importantly, the experience of simply being there.

He credits the Academy with helping to shape both his personal and professional development, explaining that it instilled in him a strong work ethic, helped him become a confident and sociable person, and strengthened his self-belief. These qualities, he says, have assisted him enormously throughout his career.

For students considering a future in law, Adam’s advice is straightforward: work hard, gain as much experience as possible and don’t let rejection hold you back.

“Don’t stress about being rejected for a job or interview – you just have to keep moving forwards.”

Adam’s journey demonstrates that success is not always about having everything go to plan, but about continuing to learn, developing resilience and making the most of every opportunity. His progression from a student at All Saints’ Academy to a senior role in the legal profession highlights the value of the foundations built during his time at the Academy.

We are incredibly proud of Adam’s achievements since leaving All Saints’ Academy and wish him every success as he continues to progress in his legal career.

I highly recommend anyone considering All Saints’ Academy for further education. My daughter’s experience and education there was the foundation for her future she is now exploring at university.
