Bromcom

Bromcom is the management information system (MIS) that All Saints’ Academy use to hold our student records. 

For parents, Bromcom have a website and app called My Child At School that allows you to complete various tasks for your child such as updating their personal information, paying for dinner money top-ups, access reports and many more functions.

How to Sign-Up for My Child At School 

If you have not already signed up for My Child At School then you can sign up for this yourself by doing the following: 

  • On the website select Sign Up or if you are using the app select Activate. 
  • On the Parent Sign Up page, enter the School ID which is 15386 and then select Continue 
  • Enter your email address and select Sign Up 
  • You will now see the message “To complete your registration, we have sent an email to the email address you provided. Please access your email and follow the steps to create your password”. 
  • You will now be emailed a link to a one time passcode 
  • Click on the link for the one time passcode, enter the one time passcode then select Verify. 
  • You will now be asked to create a password for your account. Enter your desired password then click Create Password 
  • You can now login with your new account from the sign in page. 

If you receive an error message: 

  • Email address invalid. Please contact the school to gain access to your child’s account – We are missing information to give you access. This could be that your email address we have on file is incorrect, you haven’t been marked as having Parental Responsibility or you have not been added as a contact on the system. Please email updatemydetails@asachelt.org with your contact details. 
  • Account already registered for this email for this email please use login screen to sign in into your account – Go back to the sign in screen and use your existing email address and password to sign in. If you do not know what this is, use the Reset Password option 

How to reset your password for My Child At School 

If you already have an account registered for My Child At School you can reset your password as follows: 

  • On the sign in page select Reset Password 
  • Enter your email address and click Send reset email 
  • Follow the instructions sent to your email address to reset your password 

If you receive the error message Incorrect Email address you might not be registered. Please follow the instructions above first.
