Record-breaking GCSE Results

Dermot McNiffe Principal said, “I am just delighted to celebrate our students achieving the best ever set of GCSE results in the Academy’s history. The news this summer has focused heavily on the government’s questionable policy to recalibrate the examination pass rates back to the levels of 2019 for all students in England. Nonetheless, our students have outperformed our record breaking 2019 results and also our excellent results of 2022! Which is just brilliant. I must say that I am not surprised by our students’ achievements because they have worked so hard and they have been well supported by our excellent team of staff.

Our determination to achieve the highest educational standards at All Saints’ Academy, ensures that our students push on to exceed their potential in their GCSE subjects. This year we have seen 60% of our students exceeding their expected attainment by as much as three grades across all subjects.

For example, Charlie Simmons, achieved five GCSE Grade 9s and three Grade 8s and two at Grade 7. His Grade 9 subjects were Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Maths and French.

Andreea, achieved three GCSE Grade 9s, four Grade 8s and two at Grade 7.

Tasmia, achieved two GCSE Grade 9s, four Grade 8s and three at Grade 7.

Millie, achieved two GCSE Grade 9s, four Grade 8s and four at Grade 7

Ellie, achieved one GCSE Grade 9, five Grade 8s and three at Grade 7.

Jana, achieved one GCSE Grade 9, four Grade 8s and four at Grade 7.

Congratulations to all our Year 11 students on achieving such an excellent set of GCSE results. We look forward to welcoming the majority back into our Sixth Form to start their A-Level courses in September.”
