Sixth Form Shine at Sustainable Fashion Showcase

Posted: 12th June 2025

We are incredibly proud of our talented Sixth Form students who recently took centre stage at the Cheltenham Education Partnership’s inaugural Sustainable Wearable Art Fashion Show, held at the Wilson Gallery & Museum.

Since October, students have been working closely with acclaimed film and stage costume designer Katie Taylor to bring to life the powerful theme of ‘Man vs Nature’. Their final creation was nothing short of extraordinary.

Using only recycled materials — from sponge cogs and bed sheets to scrap mesh and clay makeup — our students transformed discarded items into a bold, brave, and beautiful work of conceptual art. Their design would not have looked out of place on the Met Gala red carpet!

Congratulations to Michael, Grace, Adriana, and our stunning model Wiktoria for their creative vision and dedication. A heartfelt thank you to Miss Morgan for her unwavering support and leadership throughout the project.

This project is a shining example of aspirational excellence, creativity, and the transformative power of collaboration. Well done, team!
