Week 1
Write a daily menu for an adult following a low fat and low salt diet. You must include: breakfast, mid-morning snack, lunch, evening meal and any drinks. Explain how your menu meets their needs. Extension task - You could also suggest a daily exercise program.
Week 3
Design a dish that could be sold at a food stand at a music festival that has clear cultural influence. Your dish must be easy to prepare (and reheat if hot food) as well as being easy for the customer to eat on the move.
Week 5
Write a step by step plan for one dish you are going practise or learn how to make over the summer holiday.
