Salary:  Leadership Scale - Points 5 – 9 (£45,319 - £50,026 per annum)

Hours of work:  Full time/Permanent

This is an excellent opportunity to join our leadership team as a Head of Faculty for Mathematics at All Saints’ Academy as we build on the success of being one of the top performing non-selective secondary schools for GCSE in Cheltenham for the past three years.  After another ‘Good’ Ofsted judgment in December 2018, we are seeking an outstanding candidate to join our team to realise our vision to be an outstanding Academy in 2021:

Through your professional practice, you will demonstrate a commitment to leading excellent teaching, learning and the continuous improvement of student outcomes in Mathematics. This leadership post will suit an experienced teacher or assistant leader of Mathematics with ambitions to become a future senior leader.  You will be supported by the highly experienced leadership of Dermot McNiffe, Principal and the Assistant Vice Principal for Mathematics.  This role will provide you with the experience and an extensive CPD programme to help you fulfil your ambition to make the next step into a senior leadership career.
