We are looking for an outstanding Lead Practitioner to develop and implement teaching and learning initiatives and strategies throughout Mathematics and across the Academy. This role will be expected to raise the quality of teaching practice of all members of staff and therefore raise student standards and progress. The successful candidate will be expected to teach across all Key stages within Mathematics.
We are happy to accept applications from candidates who can demonstrate the required skills and potential to fulfil the role as well as candidates with proven experience. The ideal candidate will have the vision, creativity and drive to enhance the development of our Maths curriculum and teaching. In return you will have the full support of the Academy and department leadership teams.
